1996 - Foundation

in the legal form of a GmbH (limited liability company) with 7 employees as a spin-off of a private bank

2000 - Conversion

into a public limited company, already 50 employees

2006 - Turnover

Reaches € 10 million for the first time

2007 - Expansion

to Germany, takeover of around 30 employees of Finatec in Miltenberg

2009 - MBO

entire share capital is held by of the Board of Directors and employees

2011 - certification

according to ISAE 3402

2014 - First "Digital Bank

is put into operation together with Call/Service Centre put into operation

2015 - Expansion

with PL.O.T in Vienna & BBS in Munich - Turnover reaches € 22.4 million

2017 - Expansion Core Banking

into the German market, IDW PS 880 certification

2020 - New service offerings

Expansion of IT services through acquisition of Schiessel - now 200 employees in total Turnover around € 30 million

2021 - The Jubilee Year

CPB celebrates its 25th anniversary

2023 - Expansion in Germany

with EFDIS AG Bankensoftware - now 320 employees with a turnover of € 50 million.

VIENNA

Working in green Vienna

The CPB office is located in the modern Viertel Zwei district. The location is not only convincing due to optimal transport connections (underground, bus), but at the same time also due to its proximity to nature. The office complex is located at the foot of the Prater and is surrounded by greenery - the workplace is also easily accessible by bicycle.

Many restaurants offer varied and inexpensive lunch menus every day, including in the nearby WU Mensa. If you just need a snack, bakeries and supermarkets are within walking distance.

MILTENBERG

Miltenberg south of the Main metropolis

In Miltenberg, a relaxed atmosphere, attractive scenery, good company and great food come together - no wonder, as the town is an official "Bavarian Gourmet Town".

The scenic and convenient location directly on the Main River and between the cities of Würzburg and Frankfurt offers you numerous opportunities for leisure activities - for example, you can end your working day on the banks of the Main River or during a bike ride along the vineyards and get a taste of the big city feeling in Frankfurt at the weekend.

FREISING

Culture and nature in the cathedral city of Freising

CPB has two office locations in the beautiful town of Freising, situated on the Isar river, which offer employees and visitors many amenities. In addition to many walking and hiking opportunities and an extensive range of restaurants, these include good accessibility thanks to the proximity of Munich Airport and excellent connections to local and long-distance rail services.

There is also plenty to discover for those interested in culture. A visit to Freising Cathedral and the newly opened Diocesan Museum can be perfectly combined with a trip to Germany's oldest brewery on the campus of Weihenstephan University
