Many customers use PROFOS eBanking in the full-service variant - risk-free, cost-effective and resource-saving. We supply, operate and maintain all systems, maintain market and product data and take care of money laundering prevention, reporting and many other tasks that you cannot or do not want to perform operationally.
In addition to Internet banking, we also fully cover the HBCI area.
We operate our own HBCI servers, based on the FinTS 3.0 standard commonly used on the market.
With PROFOS, CPB Software implements the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2) according to the Berlin Group specification. This means that our solution meets the industry standard for enabling interface-supported account access (XS2A) for account information and payment initiation. A test environment for interface connection is provided for third-party service providers and FinTechs in particular. This also includes the automated publication of access statistics in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The optimal architecture of the front-end application allows the functionality to be used on websites and in smart device apps with an identical code base. The apps are currently available for iOS and Android. PROFOS can be easily and quickly adapted in all areas. Your corporate design shapes the overall appearance. We implement your specific requirements in the responsive interfaces, all PDF documents and customer mailings - quickly and flexibly.
We have attached great importance to the comprehensive protection of your information and support all standard and proven security mechanisms. Your login data can be secured using methods such as mobile TAN, PIN2, card TAN or secure token solutions. In the activeTAN® procedure, the TAN for your transaction is generated using a QR code in the activeTAN app (available for Android and iOS). The development of eBanking in PROFOS takes specific security requirements into account: EBA guidelines, ÖNORM A 7700 and OWASP. The software development process is certified in accordance with ISO 27001. The system is regularly subjected to strict internal and external security audits. Independent auditors check the overall solution, i.e. both the software used and the infrastructure.
We usually offer PROFOS in a rental version which, in addition to the solution, can also include high-availability operation in modern data centers, ongoing maintenance and further development.
We update software dependencies as often as possible and can therefore guarantee you the best possible product.
PROFOS can also be extended with its own special security app. This enables additional security in the 2-step login process as well as convenient order release via push notification (without having to type in TANs).
The entire online application process is mapped in your CI and the functional scope of products and processes is flexibly adapted to your requirements.
We use a variety of configurable and optionally applicable plausibility checks to ensure that only consistent data is forwarded and processed.
Your customer legitimizes themselves either in the traditional way by sending the pre-filled documents and legitimization by PostIdent or completely digitally with video legitimation.
You can decide which verification and legitimation steps you would like to use on the way from the application to the account. This can be done in the traditional way by sending the pre-filled documents and legitimation by PostIdent or completely digitally with video legitimation. Whatever you decide - the (further) processing is fully automated, including the sending of welcome letters and PIN/TAN letters. Once the account has been technically activated in Online Banking, your customer is ready for transactions. We are happy to take over the complete back office service for you.
