Mag. Robert Neidhart and Ing. Walter Zöchling are joining the Supervisory Board – Michael Draschl and Ing. Martin Schanda are taking on additional areas of responsibility
At today’s annual general meeting of CPB SOFTWARE AG, in addition to Peter Thomayer, who will assume the chairmanship of the board in the future, the former co-managing directors for Austria and, so to speak, CPB founding members Ing. Walter Zöchling and Mag. Robert Neidhart were also appointed to the supervisory board of CPB SOFTWARE AG.
This ensures that the company will continue to benefit from her many years of experience. In her new role, she will help guide CPB's future development.
As part of the transition, the existing management responsibilities will be reorganized and distributed among the existing leadership team.
- In addition to his current responsibilities, Michael Draschl will take over the BPaaS division (from Ing. Walter Zöchling) and IT Operations (from Mag. Robert Neidhart).
- In addition to his current responsibilities, Martin Schanda, Ing., will take over responsibility for the IT Services division from Robert Neidhart, Mag.
At the same time, CPB would like to thank the outgoing members of the Supervisory Board—Dr. Christian Büttner, Dr. Thomas Schirmer, and Dietmar Schüler—for their dedicated service and many years of support for the company, and we look forward to maintaining our personal ties with them.
With this new division of responsibilities, CPB is establishing clear lines of accountability while ensuring the necessary continuity. For customers, partners, and employees, the trusted points of contact, areas of expertise, and organizational structures will remain unchanged.
