Once again this year, we opened our doors to students and daughters of our colleagues to give them an insight into the world of information technology.
They explored our departments and became active themselves: for example, they were given mini-computers which they had to assemble (install in a housing) and install as part of a hands-on lab. They were then able to take these home with them.
This year, for the first time, the explanation was provided by our 2 apprentices in IT systems engineering, who also took part in the hands-on lab afterwards.
This day reminded us how important it is to inspire young women in technology and we look forward to their future successes in the IT world.
