At the Supervisory Board meeting of CPB SOFTWARE AG on 8 June 2022, Michael Gerlach - Managing Director of our German subsidiary since 2008 and also a member of the Executive Board since June 2018 - was appointed Spokesman of the Executive Board. Among other things, Michael Gerlach will also be responsible for sales and customer care and will support the management teams in Austria and Germany equally in the further development of the local sites.
After 25 years at the helm of the company, the previous spokesman of the Executive Board, Peter Thomayer, will remain on the Executive Board of CPB SOFTWARE AG with responsibilities for strategic issues as well as accounting and controlling.
Together, Michael Gerlach and Peter Thomayer will ensure that CPB SOFTWARE AG will consistently continue on its path to success and that the customer will remain the focus of CPB SOFTWARE AG's activities in the future.
