MELDE.HUB is a SaaS platform that can be accessed and used for reporting by authorized bank employees at any time. The user management system also allows for read-only access for internal auditors or external auditors.
The ability to review report content (including CSV download functionality) is one of the key strengths of the CPB reporting platform. You can also save the final XML files locally at any time.
However, reports within MELDE.HUB can only be edited under specific circumstances. For corrections, it is generally recommended to resubmit an updated import file. (This is therefore in line with the BCBS 239 principles and guidelines)
Depending on the jurisdiction and the requirements of the respective local regulatory authorities. For Austria and Germany, MELDE.HUB offers a direct connection (Finanzonline for Austria and DIP 2.1 for Germany), allowing reports to be submitted—including responses and acknowledgments—directly through MELDE.HUB and documented in compliance with the internal control system (IKS).
CPB Software (Austria) GmbH, which is subject to the scope of the GDPR, is DORA-compliant with regard to ICT risk management and undergoes regular audits in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISAE 3402 Type 2 to ensure the highest possible level of protection for your sensitive data. Data is stored in MELDE.HUB on servers belonging to CPB Software (Austria) GmbH located in Austrian, redundant data centers.

For each report, MELDE.HUB always retains all submitted reports (as well as import files and intermediate steps) for at least the legally required retention period. Archiving beyond this period is compatible with the CPB at any time.
