The mobile application provides the dog team, which is out and about in parks, dog zones and on the streets of Vienna every day, with all the relevant information from various data sources.
These are transmitted directly to the service device:
- Advice for dog owners
- Monitoring compliance with regulations on dog ownership, such as compulsory use of a lead and muzzle, compulsory chip and registration and payment of dog tax
- Imposition of warnings or sanctions in the event of violations
With this cooperation, we are making an important contribution to the harmonious coexistence of people and dogs in our city. This allows us to carry out checks efficiently and take immediate action if necessary.
