Red hot: new online banking services from Renault Bank direkt24. August 2017
Renault Bank direkt is launching its new e-banking service to customers in Austria under the slogan “Brandheiß” (red hot). The online banking system was implemented by CPB, and with close collaboration with the bank it successfully went live in July 2017. The bank’s new touchpoint is based on the latest technology and presented with an up-to-date look and feel, with responsive design – making it easy to use on screens of any size. The entire account application process was revised and simplified as part of the product relaunch.
